The are is in a residential site and unfit for such use. it is a industrial site and should be used appropriately. To make changes and turn it into a religous establishment is wrong and should not be permitted. It is already causing dangerous levels of traffic and would increase further noise & polution.

You say that to change an industrial site to a religious building is wrong. Why do you believe that to be true?
The top end of Vale Road has enough problems with parking already. The racecourse gives us locals nightmares every monday. A religious building will just attract more traffic.
