Scene Of Crime Officers were at the Co-Op store at 98 Dedworth Road at midday today following a robbery at the premises.
Early indications are that at around 5 O'clock this morning raiders entered the store and cleared shelves of bottles of spirits estimated to be worth several hundred pounds.

The Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh yesterday visited the new campus at East Berkshire College down the far end of St Leonard's Road in Windsor.
Jean Robertson, the college principle, described the visit as "an absolute pleasure".
Waterstones of Windsor played host to an audience with acclaimed writer Iain Banks last night.
Banks read from his new book "THE STEEP APPROACH TO GARBADALE" which delighted the audience and he then answered questions about his works. He is a great speaker and held the assembled literary fans of Windsor in the palm of his hand.
