in my opinion (I have lived in Windsor for more than a decade now) The Two Brewers is THE BEST pub in town. Low ceiling, ancient oak beams, quirky layout, top nosh, real beer and top landlord.

In fact, the only problem with the Two Brewers is that it can be too popular - a victim of its own success so to speak. We tend to avoid it at weekends in summer when there isn't room to get to the bar, but on Winter afternoons, the Brewers is Windsor's snuggest snug.

The food and wine list are exceptional and the atmosphere encourages you to settle in for a long relaxing think. No jukeboxes or slot mcahines disturb you here. The only invasion of your privacy might come from the nose of a friendly dog wandering amongst the barstools.

The new no-smoking rules are only going to make this venerable old pub (17th Century) better and better. Benches outside are great for celebrity spotting.

Easy to get to, the brewers is just 4 minutes walk from the town centre, close to the entrance to Windsor great park.
